TURN-KEY DESIGN
Our full-service, luxury residential interior design is a turnkey experience from top to bottom. We specialize in design services for custom new builds, renovations, furnishing projects and refreshes. We are often hired before, or at the same time as, builders and general contractors. Hiring us at the beginning of your project means we can serve as your advocate throughout the process to ensure your vision comes to life.
Personal design consultation including an inventory of existing furniture, paint and finishing suggestions, and budget estimates
Design concept based on your vision and the mandates of the project
Design presentation complete with tear sheets and samples
Rolodex of preferred trade and vendor partnerships
The hiring of and ongoing communication with applicable trades and vendors
Procurement, purchasing, and tracking of all furnishings
Inspection, storage, and white glove delivery of furnishings
Accessory purchasing and styling
Commissioned art procurement
Regular project status updates and site checks
Pricing is based on scope of work and project type. All projects require $10k minimum spending on furnishings and decor.
PERSONAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
The personal design consultation is a two-hour working session where we will partner with you to develop your design aesthetic, create an inventory of current furnishings, take measurements and photos of each space, make the finish and paint color suggestions, offer design ideas/inspiration, and answer your design questions. After the consultation, you will receive an estimated budget for the project, room layouts, and typed consultation notes. You’ll also learn more about the MCI process and meet our talented team of design professionals.
Fee: $1,000 (plus travel, if outside of local postal/zip code)
COLOR CONSULTATION
Our color consultation is a one-hour working session perfect for clients who need assistance choosing paint colors and palettes for the interior and/or exterior of their home. This consultation includes a personal needs assessment, a short info session on color theory and current color trends, and personalized color suggestions. After the consultation, you will receive a list of our recommended color and finish suggestions along with our color theory and paint trend booklet. You’ll also learn more about the MCI’s services for future projects.
Fee: $350 (plus travel, if outside of local postal/zip code)
